Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email to ensure your shaver is tracked back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the shaver and all original accessories into the original box or a secure shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
